We are so fortunate to have an incredible team at Cornerstone Animal Clinic! This week we get to honor our veterinary technicians for National Veterinary Technician Week! Our technicians work alongside our doctors and play a vital role in assisting them with everything from taking our patient’s medical history to drawing up vaccinations, drawing blood, placing catheters, making up medications, taking care of them in the hospital, taking radiographs, dental cleanings, monitoring during surgery and more!

Here’s some fun info about our awesome techs:
–HEATHER–
Heather has worked with us for 15 years, her favorite Disney character is Goofy and she loves sunflowers
–BOB–
Bob has worked with us for 10 years, is an avid car enthusiast and likes to ride ATVs in his free time
–MARTIN–
Martin has worked with us for 5 years and is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT). He loves exotic pets and has a tortoise as well as dogs and cats.
–ANDI–
Andi has worked with us for 4 years. She received an acting/theatre scholarship to Tyler Junior College. She has also appeared in two films and enjoys doing Halloween make-up in her free time.
–AMY–
Amy has worked for us for a year. Her favorite color is red and she loves to golf!
–KOURTNY–
Kourtny has also worked with us for a year. She is an avid fan of wake surfing and recently got to scuba dive with whale sharks while on vacation in Mexico.
–KATIE–
Katie joined our team in February. She is a die-hard fan of Mexican food and could eat it every day!
–SINGH–
Singh joined our team in March. Besides his love for dogs and cats, he also has a love of horses.
–EDWARD–
Edward joined our team in June. He is originally from Ohio and is a huge fan of Ohio State. (Go Buckeye’s!)
