Please use the form below to request your prescription refill or food order item. We require 48 hours for order processing and 1 week if your pet’s food or medication is a special order.
Do not come to the hospital to pick up your items until you have received confirmation from a team member that your order is ready for pick up. A team member will contact you by phone, email or app notification.
PLEASE NOTE: Many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before dispensing. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication is appropriate for your pet’s current condition.
