Pocket Pet Intake Form

A furry little pet who loves to snuggle in a shirt pocket can be a great family addition. Pocket pets, such as rats, mice, gerbils, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hedgehogs, and sugar gliders, may require less time and effort than a dog, but they do require veterinary care. Pocket pets have unique dietary and housing requirements. Being prepared to properly care for tiny pets is important.
