At this time, our hospital continues to follow COVID-19 protocols & procedures for the safety of our clients and our team members. We are providing in hospital service at this time. Maintaining safe physical distancing is very important. You will be invited into the hospital for in-person appointments as long as space permits.

When you arrive for your pet’s scheduled appointment, please call the clinic at 613-345-3401, to let us know you are here and which numbered parking spot you are in. A team member will greet you at your vehicle to safely bring your pet inside or you may be asked to bring your pet to our door.

Be sure to park in the South parking lot closest to Freedom RV, unless otherwise advised. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

We request that all dogs be on a leash and all cats be in carriers prior to entering our hospital. We want to prevent pets, owners and team members from potentially being in a harmful situation.

If you are picking up pet food, medications or products, please call us at 613-345-3401 from the parking lot to advise of your arrival and we will place your products in a numbered bin at the front door.
