It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our little buddy Dixie. Born July 24, 2000, after 16+ years of befriending everyone she ever met, she passed peacefully in our arms this past Saturday, October 15. Dixie’s cuddles, walks & runs along with her quizzical & endearing looks will be missed but forever remembered. Our best buddy was a life changer and a Hall of Famer! Born in Winnipeg the Dixster was a Prairie Girl at heart, always loving the winter months, romping in the snow and refusing to wear her booties. She visited five provinces with us and leaves behind cherished memories with dog lovers from Winnipeg to Dartmouth.
