We foster a family practice attitude, because we feel that our pets are members of our family, and we are sure you feel the same. When you come into our practice, you will be greeted with a smile and a welcome. Barring unforseen emergencies, we will always see you on time for your appointment.
Please take the time to fill out our registration form as this will make your appointment move more smoothly. Include your email, so we can send you e-reminders, and notify you of specials and events. We have a weekly “spa day” winner that awards pets who have their form completed (and include email adresses) with a free full service bath. We also have periodic riddle contests, and other fun stuff, so that everyone keeps the visits fun and not just serious.
If your pet is having surgery, you can download and fill out the surgery admittance form ahead of time. Please call if you have any questions or if you feel there is too much “docspeak” on the form, and we will be happy to go through it with you. Included on the form are options for pre-op bloodwork, iv fluids, and pain meds. While these are optional, they are highly recommended. Most of our surgeries are outpatient, meaning they go home the same day. Just don’t forget to withhold food and water the night before!!
